How long does shipping take?
We provide free tracked shipping across the UK with Royal Mail. Orders typically arrive within 1–2 working days, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
International orders are also shipped via Royal Mail’s courier partners, with delivery times varying by location. Tracking will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
What's your return policy?
We hope you love your eyewear, but if you change your mind, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and with their original packaging.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you may choose between a full refund or an exchange.
What are your warranty guidelines?
We provide a 2-year warranty on all our sunglasses & spectacles. If you have a problem with your product, please get in contact.
Every case is unique, but there are some general guidelines to assessing if a damaged product falls under our warranty policy.
We can’t replace them if the following applies to your glasses:
- They were damaged deliberately or through neglect
- They have been used improperly or carelessly
- They have normal wear and tear
- They have been damaged by cleaning without following our care guide
- They have been lost or stolen
Can I try the frames on in person before buying?
Yes. You can try our eyewear in person at the Studio (Unit 130, Canalot Studios, 222 Kensal Road, London, W10 5BN) or the Workshop (Sweet Briar, Ockham Lane, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 1LN).
